Common questions
Can I run long-running processes?
Yes — Python and Node services keep running via the built-in run command and restart automatically if they fail.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused time is refunded to your account balance on cancellation, calculated pro-rata per remaining day. No cash refunds; free plans are not refundable.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — a free plan (256 MB RAM, 384 MB NVMe) is available once per user, renews automatically, and can be upgraded to any paid plan at any time.
Do you provide backups?
Yes — create backups on demand and schedule daily backups from the Backups tab, then download or restore them anytime.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add any domain from the panel — DNS and Let's Encrypt SSL are configured automatically, and free subdomains are included.
Is my hosting private?
Yes — every hosting is fully separate: your own account, files and databases, with its own resource limits. Nothing is shared with other customers.
How can I pay?
Online (Click, Payme, Paylov, Uzum), card transfer in UZS, crypto via Crypto Pay, and Telegram Stars. Your balance is credited automatically after the payment is confirmed.
